Socrates Educational System
The VTech Socrates was an 8-bit educational home video game console released in 1988 (with some sources citing 1987) and discontinued in 1996. Designed for children aged 3 to 8, the system featured a titular robot character named after the Greek philosopher and used a Zilog Z80A CPU running at 3.57 MHz.
Regional Names: In Germany, it was known as Prof. Weiss-Alles ("Professor Knows-Everything"), and in France and Canada, it was sold as Professeur Saitout ("Knows All").
